The highlight was definitely the breathtaking sea view, which made my mornings and evenings truly special. "Absolutely LOVED the studio apartment with the most amazing view. The apartment was very clean and well equipped and quiet. It was wonderful to comeback every day from our day trips to this tranquil villa with spacious green spaces and sit on the balcony with a glass of wine and enjoy the view. Parking space on the property is included which is a bonus. We walked or took the train most days. It is a bit of a steep walk from town to the villa but doable."

It's central location was very convenient and lots of fun to people watch in the square from the balcony. It can be loud at night but it didn't bother us as we came prepared - it really just added to the ambiance of Old Town Nice. Val was readily available for any questions and recommendations."

You have an unbeatable ocean view with a 5 minute walk to a public beach and you are located right next to the airport and a tram line that goes straight downtown. "The apartment was in a great area, close to the train station and many restaurants! It has a huge terrace which we had alfresco dining on many times! Malin, the property manager, was fantastic! She was always a phone call away if we needed anything, which we never did! The apartment is also very secure and since we ate in a lot, the Nice Rossini Grocery store across the street came in very handy! We stayed at the apartment for three weeks and could have stayed another three weeks! Thank you...
