The breakfast room service was efficient and fresh. Staff was always friendly and helpful. The hotel needs some upkeep—fix chipped paint. The air conditioner in the room was more like a fan and did not cool the room down as much. Need new beds—the beds were not very comfortable. Location overall is good.

We stayed at this hotel for 14 days. It was exceptionally clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful and polite. Everyone in the concierge department was also very helpful. Rami, in particular, was incredibly gracious and helpful in assisting us in exploring the town and its surroundings. We will definitely be returning. This is it, this is the standard for hotel service. I have been to hotels around Europe and the world. This was by far the highest level of service I have ever seen in a hotel. This hotel will set the standard. Rooms were perfect, front desk and valet great, maid staff came in twice a day. To understand the level of service they wrap your charger cables in the evening turn around. While we were there in off season it did not feel like it given the level of service we experienced every single moment in the hotel. There is no way I would stay anywhere else in Nice. And the location is fantastic.
