"NIce quant little hotel with 6 rooms total. Half hour drive from Tamarindo, but on basically same beach but seperated by a river. Small but nice pool, 4 minute walk to long and beatiful beach. Small upstairs restaurant was nice and food was good. Great service and communication from staff. Very freindly staff indeed. 2-3 little restaurants and bars nearby within walking distance. Low key quiet area surrounded by many upscale homes. Security guard at gate entering the neighborhood. Good pace to chill, or drive 30 minutes to Tamarindo for more people and dining and activity options. Huge King Bed, rooms come with small kitchen, gas stove, utensils, plates, microwave, refrigerator. Recommend this place for chill style"

"Absolutely gorgeous location! Beach feels almost private with great waves for surfing and boarding. House is great for big groups, staff is very supportive and responds quickly to all needs! Estuary is short walk and boat rides to Tamarindo are super easy! Living space is open air so it is warm but the bedrooms stay very cool and comfortable! Pool is awesome and grounds are well kept. Highly recommend this house!"

"The house was incredibly spacious and comfortable for our group. Given the hottern than normal weather the air conditioning worked great and the pool was refreshing. The house is walking distance to everything from restaurants to the beach. We wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed more of what the house had to offer."

"We visited with a group of friends in April for my husband’s surprise 40th birthday and we had an absolutely amazing time. The house: The house is newly constructed so everything is clean and modern. The kitchen was fully equipped with more than enough of everything you needed to cook and feed a crowd. There were towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and 2 bikes available for use which was so nice. The bedding and bath towels were also nice and new and everything was so clean. The pool was very nice and clean and the fire pit next to it was cozy for the evenings. The lighting was done so well and we enjoyed our evening swim sessions in the pool under the lit up trees canopying over us. The sounds of nature were so serene. The location: The location is wonderful - 2 min walk to a beautiful beach or a short drive to some other well-know beaches in the area. There are numerous great restaurants within walking distance to grab some good food. There’s also an outdoor market next door to grab coffee, açaí bowls, burritos, sandwiches, etc. and on Wednesdays they have local vendors & artists come with beautiful hand-made items for sale so it’s a good way to stock up on some local treats and souvenirs. Other perks: The house has a concierge service and Julie was extremely helpful in providing recommendations of activities in the area, making reservations and even stocking the fridge with food prior to our arrival. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and will be back again!"

"My husband and I booked this property to take our two young adult sons (21 and 22)on a family vacation. The gated community was perfect for our sons to venture out without us worrying about them driving to unfamiliar areas. It was very convenient to have shops, cafe, restaurant and bar in the gated community. I spent more time on the patio by the pool than in the house! Beautiful layout with sun and shaded areas at different times of the day, surprisingly private. You can also see the estuary from the patio. Beach access was really easy and our sons made it down for every sunset. The bedrooms were very large, everyone had their own beautiful bathroom. Kristi and Doug made our late arrival so easy as well as early checkout. They recommended the best places that we ate in our entire 10 days in Costa Rica. Kitchen and outdoor cooking area were more than enough for our group size. Beautiful home, highly recommend!"
