"Really reasonably priced for being right on the beach. The rooftop deck was cool, too. The location is perfect: The action of the Venice boardwalk is just a short walk away but you’re far enough that you don’t get all the shouting and chatter."

"Great location like 5 minute walk to beach. It's right where Venice Beach begins, like literally where the food and Muscle Beach is. We spent 2 days at the beach and walking in the area up to Santa Monica. Shops, markets, supermarkets, etc. Are relatively close. There was a parking space provided for unit 1A where we stayed which was absolutely clutch since we drove to Venice Beach. Unit was very clean and has coffee maker, cookware plates, etc. There is a washer and dryer in unit which is also very convenient for people traveling. My one complaint would be that on unit 1A, there are patio tables directly outside the bedroom window and in the morning other residents sat at them talking loudly, watching videos on phone, smoking cigarettes. Not a deal breaker but a mild annoyance. Still give 5/5 and would stay here again."

Great Value Steps from the Ocean

"The room featured a clean, well-maintained shower and bathtub. The locked gate at the street entrance added an extra layer of security, which I appreciated. The motel is within walking distance of the beach. Although the building is older, it has been nicely renovated and felt very secure. I felt completely safe during my stay—the rooms were quiet, and we were not disturbed by our neighbors. I especially enjoyed the spacious room, which included a bath, two queen beds, an armoire with a television, a dining table, and a refrigerator. The manager was very accommodating and even provided a microwave upon request, which made our stay feel even more comfortable. I also noticed extensive security camera coverage throughout the property. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend the Seashore Motel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Santa Monica. "

"It was a great place! Right on the beach and things CONSTANTLY going on outside to enjoy. It’s in a busy area so not the quietest but completely manageable (we brought a noise machine & worked great for the noise) I had my 11 yr old daughter w/us and while it’s not exactly a child friendly area, we still had lots of fun. The staff are completely lovely and incredibly helpful. Would definitely recommend "

WOW

"It was amazing!! We stayed in Penthouse 7 with the skylight and it was beautiful. Shower was hard to work out but still amazing none the less. So close to the beach and AMAZING food. You have to try all the mini restaurants in front of the hotel!! The people are so kind too def staying here again soon (sorry lol I don’t have pictures of the room or beach I only have vids)"
