"Really lovely pub with great hotel rooms and parking (at an additional £10). Staff were friendly and helpful, there was a lovely outdoor space and the food (we stayed on for Sunday lunch) was lovely. The rooms were clean, comfortable and stylish, the pub décor was also stylish and comfortable. Don't really know how well connected it was to public transport as we drove there and then walked everywhere we wanted to go. All round great experience and would stay again if I needed to be in that part...

"Staff gets a 5 star, tube system 10 min walk, buses short distance. Park and Thames within walking distance, shopping mall 10 min walk. These accommodations had everything a hotel would have. Very dog friendly with snacks. Area very comfortable. My complaint was air conditioner didn't function and room very warm, staff worked hard in getting it to function ultimately relying on a fan, tube/ train system had disruption for the Richmond area which was a bit of a hiccup but no fault of the hotel....

"Had a lovely couple of days. Room ok, bit on the small side but adequate for 2 days. Had Sunday lunch which was ok, think we were a bit late so maybe not as fresh as earlier in the day. Breakfast very good. Everyone who works there very friendly and good service. "

"A superb hotel overall. Beautifully decorated rooms, ample parking, small attempts to reduce packaging and waste and superb cleaning between each night stay. The only flaw was the initial reception presence. I and some other guests waited some time before having to locate a member of staff to check in. They were clearly supporting in the restaurant leaving the front desk unmanned. Unfortunately, neither the laptop or desktop were playing ball so I was given a key to expedite the process. A...
