"We rented two rooms at a rate of $222 per night. Both were located in the outer building and were less than favorable. Specifically, the linoleum in the room was cracked and warped from the door to the bathroom. The window lock was broken and wouldn’t properly close. There was a gap under the door that allowed wind and road noise. Lastly, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was very dirty and the molding in the bathroom was broken and missing. I would never stay at this hotel again."

"The room type that I booked was "Sold Out" when I arrived for 3 p.m. Check-in. The front desk person had no idea why. Unfortunately, no manager was available until the next day! Thankfully, she still was able to get me a room for the night, but not the King Suite that I reserved. I cannot recommend this hotel at all. While it is a cool location next to Ships Creek, it is also next to the train station. The trains blast their horns all night long! I'm not exaggerating how loud this hotel is! Between the trains, the super thin walls, and the 20 hours of light- it was impossible to sleep here. The only redeeming factor was the complimentary breakfast with delicious coffee and the super nice "breakfast man.""

"The overall rating is Good. New Capet being installed in rooms and hallways at the time of my stay. This improvement was good. Bathroom and shower well kept. Refrigerator in room a bit noisy. But the neighborhood is relatively quiet. No trains or close highways. A good choice for the price."

"This home is beautiful! Great central location, close to the airport and many dining options. The sauna was the perfect wind down each night and the steam shower was so relaxing. Very impressed with this property!!"

"Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere. The property was in need of a deep clean and repair and I pointed this out to the host. I found a used eyelash in the upstairs bathroom, long black hair and likely pubic hair in tub. I spent two hours cleaning with my own supplies and ultimately the host was extremely rude, didn’t want to compensate me for any of my time spent cleaning and cancelled my reservation, effective the following day at 1pm. This put me in a bad situation, scrambling to find another place to stay for me and my two cats. (This was approved for animals as well)There is nothing boutique, quaint or charming about this place. Let alone a basic standard of cleanliness. It’s by a well known homeless encampment area where there was human feces in the designated parking spot for this place. Save yourself the money and hassle and book elsewhere."
