The staff was super friendly, and their breakfast offered more than I expected. They had a clean gym with all the equipment we needed. We used their clean pool and hot tub the first night, but they shut them down the second because of high chlorine content. That was disappointing for our young one because it was half the reason we booked with Embassy. Other than that, the stay was comfortable. They could increase their level of detailed cleaning, though. We found a baby sock under the curtains, and the door jams, cupboards, and walls could have been wiped down. Other than that, the beds and linens were clean and comfortable, and it was nice and quiet. We will stay again in the future.

The night crew running the lobby made up rules that did not actually apply per their policies and procedures. My family and I were badgered by the staff for almost 3 hours about some made up rules that did not actually apply to what the staff were trying to get me and my family to do. They then tried to push a waiver form on me. They wanted me to sign a form saying that I as a catering company take on the responsibility of all outside food brought into the facility. I refused to sign the form. There were four staff members who harassed me and my family for over 3 hours. While we dined and drank from their bar in their lobby. I am extremely disappointed with the stay. And to top all of this off, it created one of the most humiliating situations for us because we were there with our daughters all star cheer team. So fellow parents and many children were subjected to this inappropriate situation.

I understand, it is the end of summer, and rates are going to be high. However, for the price, it was not ideal ($6489.42 for 3 nights) - we had a 2 bedroom suite room -mountain view. The mountains are in the distance, way passed the subway and other fast food signs. Our room is on the corner next to the street, very close to an intersection. So, loud music from cars waiting at the lights and accelerating/peeling out cars go throughout the day past 11pm. We are right across the street from a grocery store, which is great. However, we ended up being approached by 2 homeless individuals. We did not feel like we were in danger, only because of my 250lb husband and his do not mess with my family stare. The front desk staff is not very friendly and abruptly interrupts any questions, or concerns you have with a can't do anything about it answer - we asked at 5pm, that if they were unable to clean our room, to please help with 4 large bath towels exchange only. She said FINE, 3 sets, we said, no, no need, only 4 bath towels since we have 5 people and are trying to reuse towels - she hang up on us and about 5 mins later, a nice older gentlemen came and delivered 5 sets of towels to us. The morning buffet is ok, the grill had an excellent chef (of Puerto Rican origin maybe), except when he is not doing the cooking, then, everything is either burnt or raw. Overall, I read through many hotel reviews before booking and believe most of the hotels are all in this same level.

The day we checked in and as we almost made it to our room, the fire alarm went off. With luggage in hand we ran down the stairs and found the outdoor exit with another guest. We made our way to the front of the building and learned it was a false alarm, thank goodness. Anyway, fun times :-) The staff is wonderful and kind. Breakfast was wonderful with optoons to have omelets made the way you want, and pancakes too. Our room was clean and quite. Overall, great stay.

Hotel advertises on hotels.com that there is a airport shuttle. Staff advises that the shuttle was discontinued in 2020... 5 years ago. That equates to $50 of unexpected uber / cab charges if you have a large group and many bags. Staff not at desk for check in. Had to wait for someone. Staff doesn't pick up calls to front desk. Have to call several times for things like bedding, conditioner is out in the shower.

Came up for spring break, chose your hotel over others even though it was more expensive, the pool was closed, its the ONLY reason we stay at hotels, there was no compensation or reimbursement, even when I asked if they could discount the pet fee for our datchaund for the HUGE inconvenience the answer was no, the people on the floor above us were loud all night and the floors were like paper. Worse spring break stay ever
