"Great location one stop or 15mins walk from Osaka station. Super comfy and luxe hotel."

"We loved the individual attention we received when we had questions, from going to the post office we me twice, helping us with Japanese’s words, providing ideas for day trips. Very kind and helpful English speaking people."

"Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room and entire hotel was very clean. Will be back here again when I come back to Osaka."

"Very good hotel"

"Hotel was in a very large complex with restaurants and shopping at your doorstep. Train station was right below. Rooms were good size and clean."

"It is really hard to go wrong with the Ritz.. The hotel is situated with a walking distance to Osaka station. However, you do need to travel by train or taxi to Shin-Osaka Station. The rooms were large and very clean to our satisfaction. The staff was extremely attentive to every request we had. Breakfast - was rich and offered large variety of dishes. All in all, highly recommended."

"Uniquely decorated property, very industrial chic. About 5-10 minute walk from Umeda station with plenty around the area. Staff were very helpful when asked. Had laundry facilities. Only annoying thing (which to be fair we never asked for help with) was that the light in the water closet was on a sensor which would go out after like 20 seconds. Room was a good size with a living space which was nice after the tiny rooms of Tokyo. Excellent sound proofing. Would definitely stay here again."

"Great location for access to the city. Hotel entrance hard to find"

"清掃のレベルが今ひとつ。 設備が全体的に古く、エアコンの吹き出し口もボロボロ、稼働もうるさいので消して寝た。 部屋のフレグランスがキツすぎて、具合が悪くなってきた。"

"We only stayed here for 1 night but it was very convenient near Osaka station. Our room was nice and they have a free happy hour in the evening which was great. We would definitely stay here again."

"ベッドが快適でした お風呂とトイレが別もよかったです 大阪駅とのシャトルバスもお天気を気にせず 利用させてもらいました"

"Excellent service and wonderful property."

"Close proximity to train station. Small but comfortable room with shower / bath option. Good breakfast buffet with two made to order options."
