"Everything was beautiful and the staff is very helpful. On several occasions our waiters brought us a special treat to celebrate our honeymoon. We did think a formal tour of the property and available amenities would have been helpful. We were not aware that there was a cenote on the property and we were never told that we can enjoy the amenities of the adjoining resorts. Lastly, some of the restaurants were not open and the water features were not running which isn't a huge deal but it would have made the ambiance nicer. The most disappointing part was that the pool by our room was not open due to repairs. We did pay a bit more to have a poolside room and were upset to find out it was closed. I do want to point out that our wait staff and house keeping were amazing! Our room was always emaculant and we were treated like royalty. We also had a phenomenal excursion guide. Thank you to everyone who had a hand in making our honeymoon spectacular!"

"The best service, super friendly staff and amazing meals. Rooms were very comfortable and they have golf cart shuttles to drive you throughout the resort. Meals were all gourmet style for dinner at various restaurants, a beach front Mexican buffet as well as a daily buffet breakfast. Felt very safe there throughout our stay."

"Our stay was awesome, we enjoyed all the restaurants, the pools, beach, and lazy river. Snorkeling off the beach we saw cool fish and a couple of monkeys in the morning on the walking paths. Highly recommend booking through Expedia as the resort provided us with our own personal concierge. Alfred was very helpful with all our needs and made sure we got the most of all the resort had to offer. The spa benefit through booking with Expedia was an unexpected gift that was awesome and very refreshing."

"We had a wonderful stay at Grand Palladium White Sand. This was our second visit at Grand Palladium Riviera Maya, the first being at Grand Palladium Colonial in 2016, and we returned because we had such an excellent experience the first time. The entire staff deserves recognition for making our stay so enjoyable. The reception team, valet attendants, concierges, and restaurant and bar staff were all warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. The consistently excellent and thoughtful service throughout the resort made us feel genuinely well taken care of. A very special thank you to Erick, our personal concierge, who made our stay even more comfortable. He was attentive, responsive, and committed to making sure we had everything we needed. Beyond keeping us informed about daily activities, he took care of the little details that make such a difference: coordinating housekeeping around our schedule, personally bringing water to our room when we ran low, arranging restaurant reservations quickly and efficiently, and even delivering a special birthday treat. What truly stood out was Erick's support when my husband became ill. He went above and beyond to coordinate a special diet with room service and even stayed beyond his regular working hours to make sure everything was taken care of. His dedication, kindness, and personal attention made a difficult situation much easier for us, and we are incredibly grateful to him for his support. Thank you to the entire team!"
