"Stayed there many times excellent as always!"

"It was okay for a short trip, as we did, but the only concern is that the room that was given to us was not very clean. We wanted to relax for our quick visit to Vancouver after our long day, but we ended up cleaning/ dusting off the bed ourselves. The Bed sheet was not even changed. We can still see hairs of someone else and there were crumbs of dirty on the bed.... Breakfast was great tho!"

"Beautiful location. Safe and clean with very quick responses from staff. The room had A/C, kitchen and laundry machines. I would definitely stay here again."

When we raised these issues, the staff told us this was because we had booked through Expedia. For the premium we paid, we expected a quiet, comfortable room and better service,...
