"Located in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, La Siesta Premium Hang Be is surrounded by all the hustle and bustle! Plenty of shops, restaurants, street vendors and is within walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake. The location is definitely a winning feature of the hotel. Check-in was easy with a greeting of a welcome drink and fresh fruit! La Siesta Premium Hang Be’s lobby/lounge area is definitely a vibe … ornate, dark and moody! The sitting area out front was comfortable and wonderful. Our room was clean being perfect for two, however the shower and toilet area was very small. The rocking chair, half balcony and walk-in closet/luggage area were awesome features of the room! The rooms are not soundproof so you can hear those above you from time to time and noises from the outside. The breakfast selections were mediocre. The rooftop views and facilities were stunning! Service at the bar was great! All the staff here at Hang Be were phenomenal - especially big kudos to Ruby who provided stellar service and left us a kind welcome note in our room! We appreciated Ruby’s fast replies on Whatsapp and her great friendly smile! Would recommend this hotel! "

"This was the third time I stayed at the Anatole and I can say it was consistently excellent - no just a one time occurrence. The predictive nature of the staff - looking ahead of what you may need rather than asking was really appreciated. Courtesy, respect, professionalism and friendliness made every part of the stay really pleasant, including Quin at the front desk and Kenny at the pool bar. The upgraded room stood out with spaciousness, comfort and tastefully curated art. Well done!"
