"The hotel and its staff go out of their way to make your stay exceptional in this very beautiful city. Within no time you are greeted by your name. Breakfast was my favorite part of I had to pick shortly followed by the location and ease to get everywhere. Example of client service We had a booking at the opera where the tickets were supposed to be silvered at the lobby, unfortunately this didn’t work out as planned, the reception took it upon them and contacted the opera and managed that we got our tickets on time. "The location is excellent for a visit to the Old Quarter. The staff were very helpful and super attentive. We booked a junior suite, which is a little misleading for a room basically big enough for a king-sized bed and no separate bathroom, but, size aside, the room was comfortable and the breakfast spread was varied and ample. Everything worked and we would certainly stay there again."
