When we entered the third floor unit, it was like an oven – much warmer than the 84 degree outside temperature. The air unit in the living area was turned off. There was no unit in the bedroom at the far end of the apartment. There is no way that the unit could cool the area to a habitable temperature in any acceptable timeframe.
