"We had lovely stay. The staff at checkin were friendly amd helpful. Our room was tidy and the little extras like a small fridge, iron etc came in useful. We bought some time in the spa area which was very nice. The aroma room and open air spa pool were especially nice. The swimming pool is quite narrow so if you are intending to swim laps you might struggle when busy as it can only take two swimmers comfortably. The breakfast and evening meal were served promply and we had great service. The pepperoni pizza and the porridge were particularly enjoyed. In the hot weather the a/c theoughout the whole hotel and in the room were appreciated! We would definitely stay again "

"We stayed in room 36 and wow wow wow was we blown away it was 5 star suit soo comfy we were looked after so well Food was excellent breakfast was amazing especially the sousage im.fussy about sousage they were gorgeous .the bath was separate room and very big and the walk in shower was big aswell our weekend was absolutely amazing we were spoilt and the swimming pool area was great took we'll be back. "Driving up to this hotel it definitely had the wow factor. Reception staff were very polite and welcoming, and provided a very high level of customer service. The room itself was beautiful very large, clean and the bed was so comfortable. Evening meal was beautiful and so was breakfast. The only downfall is that this was a short overnight stay. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning "
