"Very nice little hotel within walking distance to Chester centre. Payable parking on site £12. Friendly staff. Standard room compacted but fine for our one night stay and was much nicer than how it looked on the pictures. Very Nice breakfast. Would stay again. "

"Lovely comfortable rooms with lovely big beds we stayed in room 5 which is absolutely massive with a nice very clean bathroom. Nice warm welcome and really friendly staff with great service. Overall highly recommend staying here as ideally placed to visit the nearby aqueduct plus Snowdonia is just over an hour away."

Reception lady at 2pm was very abrupt and just said “check in not till 3” we only wanted to let her know we had parked in the patrons only car park. Breakfast staff and checking out lady, lovely."
