"Friendly family run hotel. Perhaps a little dated but the rooms were spotless and very comfortable. And a decent shower Staff were very friendly and helpful . The hotel is just a five minute walk across fields from Trevone beach and coast path so ideally located for what we wanted. Padstow is walkable. "This Pig did not disappoint. The approach and front entrance were disappointing and for all the world it looked as if the hotel was closed. The front door area is barren. However once inside it was marvelous and the staff were all happy and terrific. Our Shepherds Hut was divine! An easy walk to the beach and cafe's provided activities without requiring the car."

"Lantern Cottage was exactly as described. It was very clean and comfortable. The layout and facilities had been very well thought out. The shared courtyard was lovely to sit out in the sun. We were able to store our bikes there too, which we rode on the nearby Camel trail. It was peaceful even though we were almost in the centre of Padstow. There were numerous bars and restaurants nearby all serving delicious food. There is also a Spar shop 1minute walk away handy for last minute supplies....
