"The house was beautiful. However, in this review, I’m going to give my honest feed back. Our flight was delayed by an hour. When contacting the property manager Albina, she suggested that we should go food shopping first before we got to the villa- which we did. But in between getting picked up & going food shopping, I got 10 phone calls asking where I was at, how long it will take me to get the property which I thought was insane. Also, on one phone call, Albina hung up on me which I thought was very unprofessional. She was very unwelcoming even in showing us around the house. She was on the property a lot and unannounced too. My room had no hot water, so I had to use an adjacent room for the shower. My friend’s bathroom door locked on her out of no where. Albina showed up unannounced to get laundry, we were on the balcony & was locked out because she pulled the latch on the door. We had to open the window, climb through and open the door because we couldn’t get in contact with Albina. I contacted Razia & her response was I’m in NYC, there’s nothing I can do from here. On the last day, as we were leaving, we didn’t get a how was your stay or anything in that manner but it felt like a hurry you can get out now and she said have a safe flight- not even a text or a thank you from Razia herself to see how things are going. I won’t be renting this property again. As a renter, you should feel welcomed and have some privacy. Clearly here, I didn’t feel that."

"My family of four enjoyed our stay in Marigot Bay! Vicky was an exceptional host! Any questions we had or plans we needed to make, she was always available. The apartment is nice with a view I could wake up to every day. "

"The house was exactly as we expected. Our family of 4 had a great vacation. We enjoyed the pool in the evenings too. House was clean and had maid service daily.House is close to the airport and to Sandy beach, but it is a good drive from everywhere else. We enjoyed eating out in the local restaurants and being closer to the St Lucia life in the South side of the island. "

"This was our first time in St Lucia and we didn't know the area well. We decided on Marigot Bay and Villa Ashiani, and both were incredible. The house was just as shown in the photos and well taken care of. The views from both balconies were amazing as you can see Marigot Bay from anywhere in the back yard. The staff was at the house waiting for us when we arrived and again when we departed and everyone was so helpful! The location of the house in Marigot bay was excellent too, so much so that we didn't see much of the island as we had little reason to leave the house or area. Our biggest regret was not staying longer, but we will be back."
