This property was excellent. We were greeted and shown the property as soon as we arrived. The staff was friendly, the views were AMAZING, the rooms were cleaned daily, the included breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great, personable staff! Really helped me with guidance around the area. Food and service at the Restaurant was superb and delicious. The location is in such a great area with plenty to do. I would highly recommend the Plantation resort.

Dated and unkempt. They seem to very slowly make improvements. Not walkable. Great access to Soufriere destinations if you have a car or don't mind paying to be picked up by tour operators. Works best as a place to mostly rest (if you are exploring attractions) rather than a resort. The views are amazing and the limited-availability infiniti pool is great. Giving it a generous 4-star because we drove, the location was good, and we were either off-resort or in the infiniti pool.

The property is beautiful and the views are amazing but the rooms and amenities need to be significantly improved. The reception area looked run down, the pools which were the main reason for booking are not safe to swim in because they are dirty. The room needs major updating work. On the plus side the food at the restaurant was excellent; the chef and staff very pleasant and professional.

Excellent views; relaxing/peaceful location

It was a great location, easy to find, and peaceful. It is just up the hill from Soufriere. Resort has amazing views and friendly staff. The restaurant serves great food. Cottage was nice and bed was comfortable. Definitely recommend you have a rental car. Some of the property grounds were run down but staff was working on that while we were there.

A piece of paradise, amazing view of the iconic St Lucia Pitons, infinity pool out of this world, had an amazing time and is one of a kind- I have travelled the world and I can say this is one of my he most beautiful views from the balcony and room

Maybe we were just lucky but it felt like we had the place to ourselves, whether in one of the pools or at the restaurant. What little service we required was met with a smile and a quick response. The views are unbeatable, too. We’d definitely return.
