"So happy we picked the Santori Ocean House to stay at in St. Lucia. The property is gorgeous, water views from every direction and great ocean breezes the whole time. Layout is ideal for couples groups as there are separate little villas. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the outdoor showers were a pleasant island surprise. Easy walk to a small private beach which we really enjoyed. Did not get to use the tennis courts but they are well kept. The pool is perfect for lounging while you look out at the ocean. Comfortable beds, reliable wifi. Great rooftop. A few divas in our party would have liked A/C in the bedrooms for sleeping but for most of us the ocean breezes were more than enough. So wonderful to be met at the airport upon arrival and escorted to the home, Lucy was so helpful to familiarize us with the property. It's not exactly in a busy part of the island, but we rather enjoyed the quiet - just a bit of a drive if you want to check out some of the more touristy things. It was great being close to the airport though. Everyone was responsive and helpful from booking to leaving - enjoyed the kind send off before we headed out. Thank you so much! "

"The house was beautiful. However, in this review, I’m going to give my honest feed back. Our flight was delayed by an hour. When contacting the property manager Albina, she suggested that we should go food shopping first before we got to the villa- which we did. But in between getting picked up & going food shopping, I got 10 phone calls asking where I was at, how long it will take me to get the property which I thought was insane. Also, on one phone call, Albina hung up on me which I thought was very unprofessional. She was very unwelcoming even in showing us around the house. She was on the property a lot and unannounced too. My room had no hot water, so I had to use an adjacent room for the shower. My friend’s bathroom door locked on her out of no where. Albina showed up unannounced to get laundry, we were on the balcony & was locked out because she pulled the latch on the door. We had to open the window, climb through and open the door because we couldn’t get in contact with Albina. I contacted Razia & her response was I’m in NYC, there’s nothing I can do from here. On the last day, as we were leaving, we didn’t get a how was your stay or anything in that manner but it felt like a hurry you can get out now and she said have a safe flight- not even a text or a thank you from Razia herself to see how things are going. I won’t be renting this property again. As a renter, you should feel welcomed and have some privacy. Clearly here, I didn’t feel that."

"The house was exactly as we expected. Our family of 4 had a great vacation. We enjoyed the pool in the evenings too. House was clean and had maid service daily.House is close to the airport and to Sandy beach, but it is a good drive from everywhere else. We enjoyed eating out in the local restaurants and being closer to the St Lucia life in the South side of the island. "
