The staff were friendly, very clean, very chill. The shuttle needs to be booked in advance but was very easy to change. Hummingbird needs to be booked in advance, lovely food. I would recommend booking excursions through the hotel. We did the 9-4pm Catamaran, brilliant. Thursday night BBQ, wonderful. All around laid back atmosphere.

Wonderful hotel with the best set of staff I have ever come across. Maybe the rooms, which were kept spotless by housekeeping, could maybe benefit from a little TLC but we only used ours for sleeping and getting ready so not really a problem. Do not hesitate to book!

The staff carries this property! The staff makes the entire experience even better. They are welcoming, great communication and action driven. The property itself, is cute and cozy.
