"This hotel is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from Disneyland. The staff was helpful and welcoming, and overall we had a good stay. I would give it 5 stars if the rooms were cleaned daily and if it weren’t for the misleading advertising about the heated pool — that pool was definitely not heated at all. 😅"

"When we went in August 2026, they were renovating the front entryway so at times it was loud while walking through the entryway. However, the room was quiet, The view was nice and we had a view of the fireworks. The pool was clean and well maintained. All the staff we interacted with were friendly."

"Everything about the stay was great! Hotel staff were super helpful and friendly. Love the options of food places in the hotel. The location was perfect! Short walk to joes, 7leaves and target around the corner. Shuttle to Disneyland and back was the best thing ever!! My only complaint would be not having free breakfast. I feel like you pay a lot to stay there, the breakfast buffet should be free."
