"During our recent stay at Riu Sta.Fe, we had an unexpected emergency when my son had a minor accident. What could have been a stressful and chaotic situation was handled with exceptional care and professionalism, all thanks to the hotel’s access to a resident doctor. It’s not something you usually think about when booking a hotel, but having medical support on-site turned out to be absolutely critical for us. The doctor arrived quickly, assessed my son’s condition with calm expertise, and provided the necessary first aid before recommending further steps. The staff were incredibly supportive throughout, helping us stay calm and ensuring we had everything we needed. Beyond that, the hotel itself was wonderful—comfortable rooms, attentive service, and great amenities. But what truly sets it apart is its commitment to guest well-being. I can't express how grateful we are for the medical support during such a stressful moment. It’s rare to find a hotel that goes above and beyond in this way. Highly recommended—not just for the comfort, but for the peace of mind they provide. "

"I had a great stay at this hotel. It offers excellent amenities including a beautiful pool, jacuzzi, on-site restaurant, game room, several bars, and a well-equipped gym. My garden view room was spacious and comfortable, featuring two TVs, a king-sized bed, plenty of kitchenware, and a washer and dryer. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. There is a supermarket about a five-minute drive from the hotel, which is very convenient for picking up groceries. You will need to take an Uber or arrange transportation to get there. A few things could be improved. For domestic travelers, transportation to the hotel was not clearly communicated, and the assigned contact was slow to respond to emails. Also, the bathroom door locks are not very user friendly. They are a bit tricky and not ideal for families with kids. The beach right next to the hotel is stunning, but be aware that the tides can be strong. If you are looking for calmer waters, it is worth exploring other beaches in the area."
