"It was a unique property in a very central location. Great bed and bathroom. I missed not having a separate breakfast room where we could have coffee and a pastry. Our window also backed onto a walkway and while they did a nice job making it private, it was quite noisy that weekend during the springfest. Not soundproof."

"The descriptin the webpage didn’t match the actual accomodation. They have a paper at the back of the room door which says that we have ti pay 10 euro if we need the sheets and towels changed but in their web description, it says that towels and sheets are changed every 2 days. They didn’t clean the room as well and it took the 4th day pit of our 5 day stay that they “clean” but the sheets weren’t changed at all. They only did this because I sent a message to them about no one is cleaning the...

"The property was in a secluded location on a farm stone road and was so charming and different. Old 16th century buildings upgraded. Very spacious rooms. Our host was a very nice and kind man who gave us many great recommendations for places to see that we would have otherwise not found. Very quiet and peaceful place in the country. Love it! "

"This was a delightful one night stay for us in a pretty chalet style apartment at the foot of the Assisi hills. We had a fabulous view up to the town from our outdoor terrace seating area. The hostess Elizabetta welcomed us warmly and we had everything we needed. "Ho soggiornato dal 26/8/15 al 29/8/15 con la mia famiglia. Ci siamo trovati benissimo! La struttura è in posizione tranquilla ma comunque vicinissima ad Assisi, l'appartamento pulito e confortevole e il Signor Marcello è un padrone di casa simpatico e disponibile. Le mie figlie hanno usufruito della piscina a tutte le ore. Lo consiglio sicuramente."

"We needed lots of bedrooms, lots of bathrooms, and options for relaxation or activity. This property checked all boxes. Management was professional and gracious. Guido recommended, at our request, a chef for meal delivery and for a cooking class. Edoardo and his team, Josette and Fabrizio, made an otherwise fabulous stay even better. The photos of the property, particularly vistas, patios, and pools do not do it justice. Truly a magnificent property!"
