The hostess did what she could to fix the issues, but the listing should be made more accurate. It is actually a shared apartment with other renters. The private part is only 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. You can also use a common area that has a table, but it is shared with others staying there. The checkout is actually 10am, not 2pm as listed and a person entered our rooms at 10:30 to start cleaning. The breakfast included is at a train station that you need to drive to but without parking. The beds are very hard and the rooms are very hot without air conditioning. This has the potential to be a nice place to stay, but needs to be more transparent in the listing.

Dopo avere effettuato le operazioni di rito,invio documenti ecc,ma non ho avuto il piacere di conoscere personalmente la proprietaria,ci siamo sentiti solo telefonicamente,e mi dice che il parcheggio all' interno è a pagamento,quando sul sito c'è scritto ( parcheggio disponibile) quindi se e' a pagamento bisogna specificarlo sul sito per correttezza!! Mi occupo di ristorazione da una vita ,se offro un servizio, specifico che e' a pagamento a scanso di equivoci! Il sito dice " colazione gratuita" ma la signora addetta mi dice che non e' prevista,allora contatto la proprietà e mi comunica che mi avrebbe chiamato a breve,ma non lo fa! Si limita a inviarmi un messaggio al mattino seguente quando sto per partire! E mi comunica che la colazione prevista ci sarà data al bar della stazione( presumo convenzionato) ci andiamo,ma una tristezza e desolazione unica! Consumiamo in fretta perché ci troviamo attorniati da strani personaggi( strani e' un eufemismo,in realtà si tratta di barboni e tossici abituati a frequentare la stazione) io,mia moglie e i miei figli consumiamo in fretta e ci allontaniamo con amarezza! Altro che dire,sicuramente non pretendevano di fare colazione al Grand hotel,ma nemmeno in mezzo ai drogati!!!!mi pento di non aver fatto foto di questi personaggi per postarli.

Non abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere la proprietaria che ci ha ospita perché nonostante il check in era entro le 21,00 noi siamo arrivati alle 20, 30 non c'era nessuno ad accoglierci. Abbiamo acquistato soggiorno in bed and breakfast ma siamo andati via senza far colazione : orario colazione 7.00-13.00 ma in struttura era assente una sala ristorazione, abbiamo atteso fino alle 8.00 a qualcuno che si facesse vivo per darci informazioni a riguardo ma siamo andati via e dopo aver chiamato la proprieitaria abbiamo saputo che la colazione non veniva servita in struttura ma presso un bar convenzionato li vicino e del quale la prietariaoci aveva assolutamente parlato.

Una struttura da tenere a mente anche in futuro.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 (2 adulti e 2 bambini) per il 25 Aprile, la struttura è stata in linea con le nostre aspettative, le camere spaziose, ambiente pulito ed ordinato. Valentina ha saputo assisterci egregiamente per il check in è ci ha dato molti consigli utili sulla città. Consiglio certamente questa struttura.

Orario di check out indicato 14.00, l’host ci ha chiesto di lasciare la stanza alle 10.00, abbiamo concordato le 11.00. Al prezzo di più di 100€ a notte non vale assolutamente la pena. Stanza fredda. Quartiere ok. Host gentile. Indicata colazione gratuita: talmente gratuita che non c’era nulla.
