"At check-in I found the receptionist very flat, non-welcoming. After initiating a conversation with him, he was more receptive. I guess he was tired and not feeling like being there. He didn't inform me of anything regarding my stay there. Nada. The building is new, therefore clean. The walls are thin and the noise level is high. There doesn't seem to be communication between the front desk and the housekeeper, as the housekeeper loudly knocked on my door at around 10 a.m. I told her that I was not quite ready to leave. She responded with a flat "OKAY." Checkout- by time is not until noon. Please do not be in the habit of knocking on doors until you receive word that the guest has left; unless of course, the guest is late checking out."

"Room was dirty. Was given a smoking room (311) when the reservation was non smoking. Half the lights did not work. The front desk was closed and I have pictures of anyone would like to see. Furniture broken and no working phones in rooms. Tv also didnt work. When stove was turned on smelled like gas was leaking. Couldn't check out because front desk was not available when they were supposed to be open. When you call the hotel it says to see front desk after 9 am and no one was in there well 9 am. Then the property doesnt want to issue refund because they said we didnt contact them. Hard to do with no phones or open lobby and front desk. By far the most miserable hotel experience in my life"

"Everything was great! The room was very spacious. You can't beat having a full kitchen in your room for the price that you pay, it was very clean, and the bed was super comfy. I've paid way more for way less. If I ever have to book another stay in Greensboro, I will stay here again."
