"I want to personally thank AJ , I called the property 3 times and was continuously transferred as my fiance and I needed an early check in for a transplant appointment in NC . Until she answered I felt unheard . She was precise , honest , set realistic expectations and when we did arrive the other attendant found an open room immediately . It was a very short stay but I am very pleased and will return."

"This was an excellent Bank for the buck. It was close proximity to the Greensboro Colosseum, where we attended an event and many restaurants all around including The Four Seasons Center mall. We went bowling there and that was a great time. The property was very well maintained super clean walls and floors, and the rooms were meticulous. It wasn’t a luxury stay, but it was quite perfect and very clean and the staff was very hospitable."

"I’ve stayed here two weekends in a row, and both experiences were decent. Although the property is located across from an event center and close to the airport, I slept surprisingly well and experienced very little noise. You can occasionally hear planes passing overhead, but it seems to be noticeable primarily when you’re outside. The staff was exceptional on both visits, and their customer service really stood out to me. They offer a continental breakfast, and overall, you get a decent stay at an affordable price. If you’re passing through the area and looking for a budget-friendly place to stay, I would definitely recommend this location. My only suggestion is to bring your own blanket, as the covers provided on the beds are quite thin and flimsy. Overall, it’s a good option for an inexpensive, comfortable stay with excellent staff!"

"The Staff is so awesome and extremely helpful, I had no issues at all about that. I was just a little thrown back as to how tiny the rooms seemed for handicapped accessible. The room we had was right at the Laundry Room we were awaken at 3:20am to the washer and dryer. So restful sleep not so much.The room was clean the cleaning staff were very accommodating. Breakfast was good - just depending on your taste; but it was nice and appreciated. We had no issues finding handicap parking. This hotel served its purpose. Thank you"
