This property was not up to the usual Springhill Suites standard we have come to know and expect. The place was old, cramped, stopped up toilet, and terrible breakfast. I wonder how this one slipped in as a Springhill?? Not your best choice in that area.

NC best kept secret

This staff goes above and beyond. The front desk clerks were amazing and Mr. Roosevelt definitely gives customer service at its highest level. The food was good. The area is nice. I would definitely stay there again.

My mother and I were guests at this hotel for my niece's graduation. We both got food poisoning at an area restaurant and the staff at the hotel took great care of us. The staff at the hotel were outstanding. They were friendly and eager to accommodate our needs. However, on the first night we noticed there was dirt and some unidentifiable particles in our tub. We called the front desk and they immediately made arrangements for us to move to another room. We were satisfied with the new room and did not have any more problems during our stay.
