"The place was fine and the staff was great BUT the room was very damp and humid."

"The hotel is nice, my children enjoyed the pool and courtyard. The air conditioning was absolutely horrible, we switched rooms and that air conditioning was horrible. We were sweating all night and my children developed a dry air cough. For two nights we roughed it out,barely slept, as we pre paid, we were told the air conditioning would work as designed. The room thermostat said 75 degrees, we tried manually set the thermostat at 68 degrees just to attempt to cool the room down faster. Our whole stay the room temperature never changed so we ended up leaving all day and only staying the nights. The staff was friendly and apologized for the a/c. We had several parties stay at the hotel with us in other rooms who said the same thing. Overall our next visit will be elsewhere unfortunately and we will check the room before payment. Live and learn I guess…"

"Great location My bill is still not being handled properly I’ve been charged for my incidentals on two cards and still not refunded I was charged two amounts and not sure why,or for what , they said they would reimburse me but I’m still waiting"

"I REALLY liked the down alternative pillows. I haven't slept that well in a long time. Check in was easy and the front desk staff was friendly. We only stayed one night for an event that was going on, so we didn't have an opportunity to try their restaurant or use the pool. Plenty of parking."

"Amazing stay. Clean, safe. Came here at 11 pm with my six year old as a single woman and didn't feel unsafe at all. Staff was very friendly."

"Terrible. Well at least room 334 was. It smelled like your crazy cat lady aunt's house with a dirty litter box. We found animal hair and a cat toy. Even with the windows open, we put Vicks VapoRub on our noses. We have had to wash everything we brought into the room. Note my girlfriend and I both have indoor cats in our homes. Honestly, I am shocked they are even using this room in its current state. We were exhausted from travel and checked in late after the front desk was gone or we would have left / gotten another room. "
