"I want to start by saying the staff were incredible. They handled my concerns with genuine grace and respect, which I truly appreciated. The property itself—both interior and exterior—appears well maintained, and the pool and grill area provided a relaxing, enjoyable atmosphere. Nothing seemed broken or neglected. However, there was a consistent issue with an unpleasant odor in the hallways and rooms. I stayed in three different rooms across two floors. While the fourth floor was slightly better than the second, the smell was still noticeable in both the hallway and the rooms. This was disappointing, especially given how well everything else is cared for. It’s unfortunate because the staff works hard to create a welcoming environment, yet both guests and employees are affected by this issue. I hope management addresses it soon, as this hotel has a lot of positive qualities otherwise."

"Wonderful staff, room was spacious, we were given a handicap room do the bed was very low to the ground which was odd. They charge for parking but we were given it for free. The breakfast was mediocre. Not worth $16. Overall this was a great location for a reasonable price. The front desk clerk (Ruthie) was excellent!"

"It is a decent hotel for the price. They had geese in the pool and when I brought it to their attention they didn’t seem to care how unsanitary it was. I used the men’s room in the lobby and there was no toilet paper. It is a hotel to go for business. It close to my office building and very convenient to restaurants, and supermarket with various stores. I was there last year and it was a better experience. "

"I had an overall okay stay, but there are a few things that brought the experience down. First of all, the hotel feels quite worn. The furniture in the room was visibly used, with many scratches and marks, which gave it an older and less inviting appearance. Additionally, I experienced small ants in the room throughout my stay. It wasn’t a major issue, but noticeable enough to affect the overall comfort. The biggest issue, however, was the key card. On 4 out of 5 evenings, it did not work when I returned to the hotel, meaning I had to go to the front desk each time to regain access to my room. This was quite frustrating. The staff was super friendly, but overall the experience did not meet expectations."

"All we wanted wanted was a nice quiet night but there must’ve been a baseball tournament going on close by. Trash everywhere and kids running all night knocking on doors. What a waste of money and time. The staff was nice. But I felt like I was at a zoo. "
