The common areas of the Inn are lovely, and the location is perfect for walking to Park Ave shops and restaurants. The room however is in need of some refreshing as evidenced by the stains on the bar stool and the damaged ottoman.

It was beautiful and the staff was very attentive. We were surprised at how thin the walls were. We thought that noise from adjacent rooms was a thing of the past. Overall, great hotel. Plus, I am a Rollins college Grad, so we wanted to stay there.

The Alfond Inn is easily one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Great atmosphere, wonderful rooms. I loved the premier King room with the separate living room. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Very clean as well, and the staff are kind.
