Great property thats within 1 block of local businesses. We loved taking the walk into town every night. Great communication with the host. If you are looking for a whole house feel in the size of an apartment this is it. Much better Alternative than a hotel room by far.

Owners Elena and Anthony are awesome. I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them.

Perfect for 2 people.

Loved this place. I didn't need a hotel, just a comfortable place to rest after enjoying local activities. I could walk to everything including a grocery. Dont sit. Get out. Take the trolly. Go to the Saturday market. The neighbors were very cool. Loved it so much I extended my stay twice, thanks to the owners who were very accommodating. I will use this place again.

Absolutely wonderful. We love the Blue Aztec. Clean, cozy, comfortable. Location was wonderful, we could walk to Sanford downtown. We sat on the porch and enjoyed the evening. We loved our time at the cottage.

It was ok

Did not really like the location but for the price we dealt with it. My husband and I stayed 4 nights and there was only 3 towels provided for our entire stay. Good thing I had brought our own in case there was none provided.
