"This hotel was fantastic. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. All of the staff we encountered were very helpful and courteous. The best thing about the hotel was the location. The metro stop is right there and so many bars and restaurants and shopping within the hotel area. It’s also a very walkable area to the Shibuya crossing."

"Hotel is exceptionally clean with great views. It has direct access to the metro. There’s a large pharmacy and 7 Eleven just outside. And is right in the midddle of two large shopping centres - Diver City and Aqua City. The airport bus from Haneda drops you off at the hotel as well. I didn’t use room service or dine in the hotel, it was expensive, but with so many options nearby it didn’t matter. The room amenities were great and the bed was huge and comfortable. Great option if you don’t mind...

"Not bad. Good room size and view. Now that I’m at another 5 star hotel in Tokyo I can see the value of The Grand Prince Hotels."

"The front desk people should be more knowledgeable on train transportation and directions. Should learn a bit more English. Good thing there’s a"

"Excellent"

"Hotel wise, we got upgraded and had an amazing view. Room was very clean, soaking in the tub with provided bath salts each night was very needed after days of 16k steps and the bed was ginormous and comfortable. Location wise, we loved the convenience to the station and restaurants. Staff was very nice!"

"Excellent!"

"I've stayed in a lot of Fairmont hotels and this was the best experience I've ever had. The hotel was clean and modern with great views from the rooms and 35th floor. What made it even better was the service was impeccable. Staff was very friendly and happy to help. Amazing experience!!"

"Buffet breakfast was very tasty and had both Japanese and American version. Additionally, the complimentary evening drinks and sweets in the lounge were very much appreciated ."

"I loved this hotel except…the lobby turns into a party/social area at night and there is little/no soundproofing in the rooms. So one night my room on the 2nd floor literally vibrated and thumped until the music stopped around 11pm. Otherwise, the hotel was lovely and in a great location."

"Great hotel and great location"
