Staff is ultra friendly and professional. Their command of English is excellent and they are ready to help, offering tips and advise only locals could give. "I liked that there are several dining options nearby. The rooms need better cleaning. The sheets and duvet were never changed during my stay (6 nights) even though I specifically requested. The floor was visibly dirty (hair, crumbs). Towels are old, stained, and scarce. "
