"Great location and paid extra for a Tower Bridge view. At 1am the bridge opened and was entertaining. Unfortunately the builders were close by and noisy, can see why they are there as the room was very tired. However we had a great time so put up with it."

"From the moment we got to the entance of the hotel we were greeted and also helped with the checking in. Staff are very helpful and we were given the best room and was so spacious. Nothing to fault and cant wait to come back and stay here again very soon. Location is spot on and everything on the door step.
