"Excellent service. I had a superior 1 bedroom for family. Very clean. Sofa bed was already laid out when we arrived. Complimentary spring water in fridge. Enough towels for 4 people which is great. Check out time is 11am. Two t.v. Wi-Fi was good. Hair conditioner was provided. Leaving luggage at reception was great. Only two very small things I would add is no herbal tea bags provided, you might want to bring your own. There is decaf coffee. Also the bathroom is en-suite in the bedroom...

"We stay at the Citadine frequently when travelling with our family as our parents like the ease of using the facility as it has a mini kitchen in the room. We prefer hotel services with more a service and amenities so the comparison is not a good one. However, if you are looking for convenient and a place to grab food and bring it back to your room to cook, this is a great spot and they have coffee and tea available all day for free. "

"Stayed in their deluxe studio for 10 nights. It was relatively quiet during the night although you can hear the creaking floor boards above you. As a lone female traveller, I felt safe walking back to the property at night. The studio facilities were adequate and clean. I like that there is a washing machine in the room - they gave 2 complimentary tablets for washing clothes. I also like that the mini fridge has a small freezer compartment too. "I chose Marlin Apartments rather than an hotel because I was going into hospital the next day. It exceeded my expectations and would definitely choose it again if staying in London. "It wasn’t the room shown in the website pictures. The couch was terribly uncomfortable and had cat scratches on the arms! The kitchen was fine. Why does the UK not provide face cloths in the bathroom??"

"Loved the South Kensington area. Gloucester Road station was only two blocks away, as was Hyde Park, Royal Albert Hall, Kensington Palace, etc. Great area with lots of small shops (hardware, bars, restaurants, markets, etc.) and having the kitchenette was a money-saver! Wonderful, helpful staff. Very clean. Good value for the money. "
