"Stay was wonderful! Some tips for the front desk … how to handle closing out the customer request. I locked myself out loading my luggage at 430AM before an early flight. Front desk was sending someone. No one showed and I was standing in hall way. We had to call again for help and front desk could not find maintenance so did not do anything else to resolve this. We asked for security — and front desk used our suggestion. Very frustrating that he lacked basic problem solving skills and follow through."
