"This motel was exactly what you paid for. The young woman who works long hours at the front desk was so nice and helpful. She made the check in process smooth. There were two zipties still attached to either side of a clothing rack in the wardrobe area of our room. As if someone had been tied up there. An obvious oversight by the cleaning staff that gave me a very uneasy feeling. The rolling chair to the desk was so stained and disgusting I put it outside just to get it out of our room....

"I paid for a bigger, more expensive room not facing the highway. They gave me a lesser, dirty room facing the very noisy highway, but still charged me the higher price. I felt ripped off. It did, however, feel safer and more convenient than staying in disgusting, dangerous, and over-priced Denver proper. "

"This motel is very economical and as a result bare bones with respect to amenities. It was clean and functional has not been refurbished in decades. Our nonsmoking room was filled with smoke so we had to get another. It took me many phone calls/emails to get my money back for 2 unused nights after we checked out (to there credit, we did get our money back in full)."
