"The house was cozy and clean. The beds were comfortable. We had a good stay. The bedrooms needed blackout curtains so we could not sleep in. We didn't use the backyard, but it was a mess, in contrast to the clean and neat home. "

"Our family had a great time and the house was perfect for us, especially with the separate apartment downstairs. There are parks nearby and it is a quick drive to the sites in Denver. Our granddaughter especially liked seeing the bunnies who lived in the yard!"

"Property was ideal for walking to all restaurants and the Coors Factory Tour. House was clean and very comfortable. It was a perfect setup with 2 room upstairs and 2 downstairs to give our kids their own space. I would definitely stay here again! Very cute remodel work on an older property. This house is full of charm! "
