I booked this home for a family wedding. It was most comfortable and I greatly appreciated the prompt response from our host, Jeff. We had one minor issue that was responded to quickly and the rest of our stay was great. Would definitely recommend!
This house accommodated our family of 7 adults and 2 kids with plenty of space. Everything was very clean. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and living spaces worked well for us, the showers offered good, hot pressure, and the location was ideal for the event in the Bonnie Brae area that brought us to Denver. (Floors on the entry level are very squeaky.) The host responded promptly to every inquiry. We are very satisfied with our stay!
Comfortable home in a nice neighborhood. Our large family was very easily able to stretch out and relax. Close to a grocery store and easy access to the interstate.
Enjoyed our visitor and would gladly go back.
We had a group getting ready to go to the mountains for the week. We had people flying in Friday night and Saturday am. We had lots of restaurant choices in the area and a nice morning while we waited on flights.
It was quiet neighborhood and had king beds and comfortable mattresses for sleeping. Clean bathrooms and so close to where our daughter and new hubby lived for the family gathering at their home. Kitchen in this rental was large and it had everything we needed
Our stay was amazing! We are local in the springs and wanted to explore some of the nightlife and restaurants without having to drive right back home. we were able to celebrate our good friends birthday as well. The house was a great location with plenty of space. The house and neighborhood was honestly so beautiful kindve felt like a hidden gem. I highly recommend using this house for your stay if you want a complete trip to denver. Jeff was also a great communicator and made the whole process super easy. We will be back!!

Take A Pass
The kitchen was beautiful and became family central during our six night stay. Also the location was just right for our family wedding.
Unfortunately we needed all advertised beds for our extended family and one foldout was broken while the twin bed was missing. In addition, there was not any bedding for the one fold out bed so we had to get our own.
A couple of the wash cloths were dirty and a bath rug was dirty. The carpet on the stairs and in the basement was very dirty and smelled musty. The tops of the door casing had dust piled up.
The master bath shower didn’t have a clear drain and the water would back up. Holes in the walls kind of freaked the little kids out.
Add all of this up along with a daily expense at Starbucks(a broken coffee maker) we bought a French press to leave there…we say pass on this one!
This home was more than we anticipated! Firstly, the home was in a quaint, quiet neighborhood. The only interaction we had with a neighbor was a very friendly hello. We pride ourselves on being courteous and respectful of others and that was absolutely reciprocated here. There were never loud neighborhood noises, parties, cars, etc.The home was spacious, significantly moreso than we anticipated. Everyone had claimed a bedroom upstairs already before we even realized there was a downstairs. The open living room/kitchen area was one of our favorite aspects of the home; we played cards at the counter, cooked and watched movies together all week (quite a feat when teenagers are involved). The kitchen was well-stocked with amenities, from our prior VRBO experiences, we didn't expect pots and pans, plates, etc and had already made a trip to the store to pick up the essentials only to find that everything necessary was in the home. We had plenty of pantry space for groceries and the refrigerator was clean and empty when we arrived.Almost every bedroom had a large television in it. Although this may not be everyone's taste, it worked out very well for us. HDMI ports were open and available on each so when Dad needed a nap, children hooked up computers and tablets to the televisions effortlessly. The backyard was clean and quaint, a firepit was surrounded by several chairs and seemed very inviting. The home was also well located with plenty to do very close.

Graduation weekend with family
We booked this house for our daughter’s graduation weekend from University of Denver. The location and neighborhood were a great fit for us and convenient. The price was definitely fair! There were some things that were disappointing- the basement carpet was dirty and wet in several areas and never did dry out all weekend? We only had 1 set of towels for 3 nights, which is not enough. There was a big chunk of the wall on way down stairs to basement that was not painted. We couldn’t get the coffee maker to work- I suggest just buying a regular coffee pot and provide filters. Easier for large groups. The main floor and kitchen area was nice and good for serving a big family. The beds were comfortable. I would suggest you also weed the back yard and maybe provide a fire pit or BBQ so that space can be used? The communication at check in wasn’t great and we were told we could possibly check in earlier than 3, but never did hear anything back? The rating would have been higher if not for the wet basement carpet. You could ask for a higher rent per night if you address those issues. Just better maintenance. Thank you!
The house has great space for the 11 people staying there overnight. Having a garage space was nice as we needed to unpack and repack the next day. Very clean! The only downside was squeaky upstairs floors which would be fine except for our little noise sensitive 3 month old!
This property was in extremely poor condition upon our arrival. It had a strong mildew odor, visible stains on the sheets, food remnants in the bed and on the floor, boogers on the walls and linens, food smeared on the light switch, and toothpaste splatter covering the mirror. When I brought this to the property owners attention, he was dismissive and repeatedly insisted the property had been clean before our arrival—implying that we were responsible for the mess. We had only been there for about 15 - 20 minutes before deciding to leave. Unfortunately, my family and I had no choice but to spend the night in our vehicle at a rest stop. This experience was incredibly disappointing and left us feeling frustrated and deeply dissatisfied.

We booked this house for 12 adults and 2 kids for a week so was expecting the luxury of a house to utilize. Communication with the owner was great and went above and beyond to have a high chair available for use but after until we arrived and mentioned issues, there were delays in response and was told he needed to check with his house cleaner and it took 3 days to get some extra supplies.Pros: Great location Beautiful Kitchen Cons: Pull out couch downstairs was broken No extra sheets, pillow cases or blankets for the pull out couches and extra pillows. King size bed too big for upstairs room, need to shuffle to get around. There are no dressers and/or hangers to unload your clothes from your suitcase. All the pans, baking sheets cutting boards are all small so definitely not functional when you are trying to cook for a full house. (only 2 spoons and about 10 forks)Drinking glasses are cheap, scratched up plastic. There were no kitchen towels or dish rags available. The bathrooms were poorly stocked with bath towels (about 8 towels) and no hand towels or washcloths and no laundry to refresh towels (took 3 days into stay for owner to provide so had to go wash a load of towels)The floors are so creaky, nobody gets sleep if others are up and moving around. No coffee pot (only a small keurig) had to buy a coffee pot along with a lot of plastic utensils to get through the week. Very poor lighting outside house at night Not a good experience for having full house
