The kitchenette has a stove with tea kettle and the fridge has ice cube trays. The window A/C worked great. There’s an elevator. The staff are helpful. Can’t say enough good things."

"Whilst a busy hotel on Times Square, the standard of service was good. Rooms were spacious and clean with great aircon. Staff were helpful (albeit a bit short staffed in the main bar area). Food was very expensive (as is New York). Overall a good experience."
