"First of all A big thank you to Sue, she is a great host, very helpful and friendly. The Fox Cottage was very cosy - very peaceful and relaxing with everything we needed, including a very nice welcome basket with home made brownies which we enjoyed when we arrived after a very long drive. The Fox Cottage is spacious, very well equipped and well situated not far from York and the North York Moors. The appliances in the house are modern and work very well. We found the beds comfortable, clean and well maintained. The cottage itself was very easy to access with a nice private accessible drive leading to it, off of the main road. The only minor downside was that the Wi-Fi did not reach all areas of the property, and there was no phone signal, but that was not a priority during our stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience with great service from the host. I would highly recommend it and would definitely stay again!"

"Fantastic house and excellent facilities for all three generations of our family. Hot tub, pool table, table tennis and outside lawns for cricket and football all well used. Kitchen facilities outstanding, well equipped with two washing up machines, plenty of crockery and cutlery, and many pans etc. The hosts were welcoming, helpful and very responsive to enquiries."
