Absolutely fantastic! Hosts Paul and Fiona were amazing from the moment we arrived. We got there early as planned, and Paul kindly guided us into the free parking at the back of the hotel. The room was lovely, complete with a selection of chocolates and treats available on an honesty system. And the breakfast was simply outstanding! Made with fresh local ingredients and cooked to perfection. Overall, I couldn’t recommend this place more highly! Thank you

We really loved our stay. It was a 5 minute walk to the outside gates of York. Easy and convenient to the town. The room was fantastic. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. We would stay there again
