"Took a solo trip to this property just to get a mental break and was very satisfied....Booked a double suite ocean front room because it was the only one available online..called to confirm my reservation before traveling and asked if I could possibly swap out my room for a King oceanfront suite and Ms Penny in reservation granted it! Thank you Ms Penny! The front desk staff was really sweet, the property is settled in a very quiet area & little outdated (I hated the carpet in the hallways but...

"The Beachwoods resort offers a lot of amenities for their guest. It is children friendly with activities for all ages. The gated resort is safe and secure. The villas are clean and maintained. I highly recommend this as a place to stay that offers more than a standard motel. It offers you an experience. "

"The only real issue was that housekeeping didnt thoroughly clean. Whomever had the room before me apparently smoked and left their cigarette butts in a glass (hotel glass) on the patio & housekepping didnt check. Also no can liner was in the trash bin. Also there was a smell on the linens and pillow cases & hair as well. But is was a good oceanview"

"Very nice property. Easy access to the beach. Close to a Walmart grocery store. Within 5-20 mins driving distance of shopping and other activities. Few issues with the condo we stayed in. The living room balcony door was hard to open and close. Had to lift up on the door to open/close. No screens on the balcony doors. Last year, My wife and I stayed with friends in another condo at the property with no issues."
