"I live taking my grandkids there because of the amenities and location to the beach. We love it. However, we did encounter a bell men that did not want to help with our luggage which was disappointing. He had the nerve to tell me that, had he know our room wasn’t ready he wouldn’t have loaded it. He also said that he would have to unpack all our belongings because they would need the luggage cart. I have stayed at 100s of hotels and never been told that. Later a very nice older concierge helped...

"No where to park at ck in. Instead of helping me , who was obviously struggling with my walking disability, with luggage, the bus boys yelled at me I couldn't park across the street! I had great difficulty carrying in my luggage and having to carry it all, as well as use a pass card, every time u need the elevator, is quite annoying. Poor ck in service, no parking available, rude bus boys. I won't come back!"

"Air was not working properly, did not have a fridge in my initial room. Had to change rooms 3 times due to AC issues. Extremely frustrating and no compensation offered. Front desk offered extra Marriott points but I never saw them. They offered free breakfast but we did not even want to take advantage after our experience. Very disappointed."

"the room was pretty clean and looked good. the only problem with the room i would say is the loud ac and the bed was very hard. almost felt like laying on wood. also, breakfast is not complementary. when i checked in and was told about breakfast, i thought each guest got free breakfast. instead, i was charged $23 for just grits, eggs, and bacon. if i had known breakfast wasn’t free, i would’ve ordered a better meal or just wouldn’t have gone…overall i give this stay a 6/10. they also charge $10...

"The hotel and rooms were very nicely decorated and the staff were very friendly. The noise level both inside the hotel and outside of the hotel is what lowered our rating and experience. The walls are paper thin."
