"This property could be a 5 star rental, but there is evidence of water damage that needs to be fully addressed and repaired. Repairs have been started but there are flooring issues on the inside and visible unfinished repairs on the outside. The washer is there but has been disabled. If the repairs are finished and the balcony is repaired, this condo has a beautifully updated inside and impeccable views of the Gulf."

"I had a room facing the freeway and had no issues with noise complaints like other reviews, but I am a heavy sleeper! The property has a gated private parking section and is relatively close to the museum district and downtown, which is nice! My biggest complaints would be that there was nobody at the front desk to check me in nor when I checked out for approximately 10-15 minutes and that my shower made a weird noise. Overall, I give the property 4 stars since it was clean, close to main...

"Was a little disappointed the pool was not open at 9:30 am even though the sign said open at 8 am"

"The entire family was happy with the stay. It was me, my husband, and 2 teen sons. We came for my neices graduation. The room was perfect with plenty of space. The boys brought a small tv and xbox they set up in the couch area. Breakfast was great and the pool was perfect temperature i do think bigger pool towels would be nice. Staff qas accommodating and sweet. "
