"Everything was great from start to finish"

"Nothing in the room worked none of it was updated we were put in a lower level since they were doing construction on the higher balcony’s just to be next to the building across the streets a/c units balcony door wasn’t sealed so that’s all you could hear the water view we were promised and payed for was blocked by a building the restaurants upstairs takes priority over the hotel 100% they flood the lobby with people that don’t even stay there so we had to get a refund because the issues we did...

"There staff was not very helpful with my travel delays causing me to arrival late my room was giving away and no sympathy at all"

"It's a gorgeous hotel in the heart of Houston tucked away however, fun night club and great pool"

"The breakfast was overpriced, and the lake view room fell short of expectations in terms of upkeep. The TV console drawers were loose and wouldn’t stay closed, the full-size mirror was broken and had been removed without replacement, the lakeside windows were foggy, and the accent chair was missing its ottoman."

"The hotel is centrally located in a shopping district and steps from many restaurants and theater. It definitely suited for a family with young children with a small playground to release some energy. Another great part of this hotel since its next to parking structure for all the amenities, there are ample parkings on the second and third floor, extra savings for the goodies. The only lesser part taken of this hotel was its age has definitely showed throughout. Overall, we had a great stay."

"The hotel overall was okay, now there’s a few key issues with it, the AC in the room is controlled and it doesn’t go under 66 degrees which for Houston is not cold, you’ll be very hot at night, the TV volume will not go above 30 which means you can barely hear it, the bathroom door has 0 privacy, all sounds and smells will go out to the room, the pool has no supervision whatsoever and kids will make your time completely insufferable, if you are looking to enjoy the pool you need to go very early...
