"They do not have microwaves in every single room. They have one microwave per floor and the cleaning stuff will tell you to call the front desk to request for a microwave. We called the front desk and they explicitly told us customers have the right to request for microwaves and they have the right to deny it. We went back-and-forth with management and they refused to give us a microwave. My wife is currently nursing and having an in room microwave would be very useful for us however management...

"The hotel is conveniently located across from the beach, with great parking. In the morning I could wake up at sunrise and walk right across to the beach. The breakfast was delicious, and the pool was great. Our room was clean, and well maintained, we love the balcony access to enjoy the view of the beach while sitting and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful."

"Have to climb 3 fli g it's of stairs with luggage. No elevator. Cant hook Playstation or any console up to the TV. Breakfast only hot thing is pancakes. Was a good stay over all though. Schlitterbahn & moody gardens are basically on same street next to the hotel."

"We stayed just for 1 night. The only things I'd complain about are that there was a distinct smell in the elevator vestibule for the ground level parking, and one of the elevators was a little janky. Like, shaking some as it would stop to let us off. Other than that, we were happy with our stay!"

"I liked that the AC worked amazingly! The breakfasts were great :-) The employees were friendly. The only downside was that there were not any blankets or pillows in the room closet for the Couch bed. The night front desk person was generous in supplying what we needed. Overall a good stay. Will come back."

"Great stay! We were steps away from the beach, and restaurants. Parking was easy. Also the front desk was very helpful and friendly. I traveled with family and my 5 year old and she loved the indoor pool. For the price and location I would absolutely stay here again."
