"Stay away from here! Too dangerous. Never experienced anything like this before. The inn was surrounded with wanderers and trespassers shouting and fighting. The building/parking lot was dark with no valid lights. The office was closed, lights off, and vacant to the point that we did not attempt to get out of the car for check-in. Broken glasses in the parking lots and the roads surrounding. Safer to sleep on the streets by Ghirardelli Square."

"Room had refrigerator and microwave. Bed was clean and comfortable. For the price range this is a good deal. The room in the 50 to 60 dollar price range is hard to beat. Most all california motels are more expensive. Recommend this for a budget minded solo traveler. Just be safe with the neighborhood. It is a bad neighborhood full of drugs and homelessness. "

"The patio was not accessible due to the remodeling. Tried to double connect the Wi-Fi.. but the connection didn’t go through on one of them. Overall, 4 out of 5 stars "

"It was clean. Staff was very friendly. The dedication of the ladies that cleaned the room was unmatched even with the do not disturb sign they still knocked on my door to see if I needed my room cleaned "
