"I find the Parc 55 hotel to be a great place to stay while in San Francisco. It is really close to the Powell Station for BART. The hotel is clean and the staff are wonderful. In the negative department, the city needs to work on cleaning up the area as there is more mentally disturbed people in the area than the last time I visited. But, I don't consider it a safety concern, but more of a nuisance deprives you of comfort outside of the facility."

"The property was clean and the staf was incredibly helpful. I would definitely stay there again. I would not recommend planning to walk to destinations from this location however. The areas on the way to the property were concerning. Many streets with tent encampments within blocks of the hotel."

"Classic hotel, some rooms are updated. Generally on the small side, but so are most other hotels in SF. Excellent walkable for union square and theatre and other destinations, as well as public transport. Great value for the price. "
