"This hotel provided me with a fantastically located place to stay whilst attending a nearby wedding. Situated within a gorgeous looking building the hotel makes use of its period features without giving a dated impression. The room I stayed in was spotless and had everything I needed to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Being in the city centre was also another major positive as it meant I could arrive into Hereford by train and walk to the hotel. Hotel staff were also unendingly polite...

"Extremely friendly team and the property was very functional and well priced for our needs. We didn’t send too much time there but we enjoyed what we experienced. Breakfast was very nice but choice was limited. If you didn’t have what they wanted you to have there was an extra additional charge. This was a very minor niggle for us so hopefully that emphasises how satisfied we were overall. Would certainly recommend."

"The Breakfast team are exceptional....food out of this world, one of the best breakfasts you will ever have at a hotel. We are elderly and Olivia was so kind to us during our stay. The pool was wonderful on a hot day. Plenty of beds in the morning and a great escape to the air conditioning in the afternoon. Nicest bunch of people made this a great stay.
