Bed super comfy, place super cosy. Tom (host) is a one of a kind man. So welcoming, so kind and super generous. Offered out his own apples in the Morning (can’t promise the same for you haha). I can’t recommend staying here more.

Tom was very welcoming and hospitable, even the dog liked him. The accommodation was in the centre of the town so it was easy to walk to the bar next door or the fish and chip shop. A continental breakfast is included, croissants, toast, cereal and an abundance of teas or coffee. We had a very long and busy day the next day otherwise we would have stayed and enjoyed them. The bedroom is well equipped with teas, coffees and hairdryer. Very comfy bed I might add.
Clean, comfortable accommodation on a work trip to the area. Made to feel very welcome and comfortable and host kindly went the extra mile in returning a phone charger I'd left - before I'd even realised I'd left it!
The property was very clean and the owner was friendly and helpful. There was every possible drink, including excellent decaff coffee with a frech press, biscuits teas,water,cakes,fruit..etc..very impressive...many thanks.
Friendly interactions before arriving. Scrupulously clean. Nicely set out. Helpful advice re places to eat/park etc. In centre but beautifully quiet. View of hills from bedroom. Tom is such a friendly and interesting guy. Can't be faulted.
Lovely, quaint cottage and very dog friendly. Host was welcoming and everyrhi g provided, lovely options for breakfast and really enjoyed the tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Great value for money.
Very pleasant stay. Tom is a very friendly and welcoming host. Great value. Easy overnight parking. Only downside was a cigarette odor downstairs. Recommended.
Tom the owner was very kind and friendly. He offered us toast, croissants and cereal for small donation in the air ambulance box.
The house is really cosy and quirky, with twinkly lights that give it a lovely ambiance. The room itself was spacious, clean and cosy, with a very comfortable bed. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be stay again
Beautiful location Tom very helpful and welcoming. Lovely quirky place fabulous room with a wide range of coffee, quality tea and biscuits. We would definitely stay again.
Perfect short stay option in the heart of Knighton. Great amenities close to hand. Tom is a fantastic host, immensely socialable and generous. We will definitely stay there again.
It’s a pleasant experience to stay in this B & B. The host Tom is very friendly and helpful. Nicely decorated bedroom with everything I need. There’s a kettle and a few types of tea inside the room, and the breakfast is more than good enough for me. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Knighton. It’s just a small town and so it’s within walking distance to all main attractions.
Very pleasant stay in this friendly little town. Lots of people say hello when walking around town, which obviously doesn't happen much in England! Host was excellent and very professional, and helped to send me back something I'd forgotten via courier, which was much appreciated. Also, although it's not strictly a B&B, you can grab something in the morning if required and donate to charity.
We had a fantastic stay in this property. It was immaculate and had everything you needed and more! The owner, Tom, could not have been more friendly and helpful, he went above and beyond! The location is perfect too, so we’d definitely recommend staying here, and we will be back again for sure!
Tom was very helpful; getting in touch before we arrived with exact instructions how to find 23a. He was there to welcome us and offer advice….. and then left us to it. Great. Excellent breakfast : price was a donation to the air ambulance service. Ideal location…. for us, starting Glyndwr’s Way.
Pure perfection from start to finish…do not hesitate to book here…you’re made to feel so welcome instantly in cosy, very clean and comfortable surroundings…cannot fault a thing… *****
